Complete Basalt
Duty to Army Reserve is full of surprises, and this time the amount of soldiers recruited my partner granted one-week trip on the charge of Joint Staff.
In fast army, we replaced the uniform of sunscreen and PCA in car company and reported in the parking Yehudia on Highway 87.
After paying an entrance fee and equipped with soft and Popsicle drinks we headed to the green trail that leads down to the canyon below Zavitan.
The pass road threw oak forest and abandoned wildlife that are visible due to the small number of hikers today.
The trail turns right to the red track and soon we arrive at the trail crossing of red and black.
From there, overlooking the township of Zavitan bent, which gives it its name (in Hebrew is Zavitan inclined) we descend on the black slope on the steps of basalt comfortable to the polls Zavitan below.
Upon reaching the bottom of the canyon, we continue in dense bushes downstream to a large green pool that we try to go swimming, but we continue in the pool halls to better half a mile downstream.
These pools are equipped with built in fish and well-designed waterfalls basalt.
After bathing we continue on the black run passing through the runway red and black (the red trail to head back left to the parking Yehudia) we take the red trail on the right and after half a mile arrive in spring Nataf.

Although water freezes, we collect our guts and swim to the waterfall at the pool and come back for lunch on the pool.
We return to the path and turn left onto the green trail that leads over the right bank of the creek Meshoshim threw the ruins of old farmhouses and herd of wild animals boars in Lake Kinneret.
From there on the road we have traveled back to the parking coupling Yehudia and back to complete reserve duty in a jeep tour of the military expenses € |
