Where are you applying for a job? a spa? doctor’s office? gym? You’d make a little different per each setting. You’d outline your education, experience, expertise in the areas you mention above, and state why you’d like a job for each of the different areas like spa, dr office, gym.
    Something like:
    Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to introduce myself to you as a newly certified graduate of the Massage School of Sarasota. I’m responding to your advertisement in the local Employment News for want of a massage therapist for your (gym, spa, dr office).
As you can see in the enclosed resume, I have many different areas of expertise in the area of massage therapy including sports massage, phatology, reflexology, etc….plus two years of work experience during of which time I treated clients in the massage school setting. I believe that I could make a significant and valuable contribution to your (gym, dr office, spa).
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss how my education and experience will be helpful to you. I will be contacting you tomorrow morning on phone to talk about the possibility of arranging an interview. Thank you for your time and consideration.
    Sincerely,
    NAME
    Massage Therapist
