Self Massage
Self-massage is a great way to relax and rejuvenate. Massage produces a form of deep relaxation that allows our bodies and our minds to forget leave everything and go to daily life stress. But massage is not just relaxing. As one of the oldest and simplest forms of care, massage also increases circulation, stimulates the lymphatic system, relaxing overused or injured muscles, and releases endorphins (natural pain reliever body).
In fact healers used medical hash and dissolving herbs and self-massage was a common practice to keep healthy and relieve pains. Self-massage is the simplest form of instant healing. When you subconsciously rub an aching knee or a head throbbing pain is relieved by a simple instrument – the hands.
Tilt your head back, and with palms and fingers of each hand, squeeze the flesh at the base of your neck on either side of your spine. Then, slowly roll your head forward, still holding your skin. Hold the stretch for 10 seconds, then turn your head to an upright position. The amount of meat, you can slip depends on your state of relaxation.
With fingers, stroke firmly from the center of your chest outwards, applying deep pressure between your ribs. When your fingers reach the outer edges of your chest, back toward the center and repeat the movement. Feel free to tight spots and focus on those that you work on the chest.

Then hold the finger at its base and pull gently to stretch it, sliding your finger and take off the edge.
Our hands are in constant use and, consequently, they can accommodate a large number of tensions. Most of our hand movements take, action clutch, so it is very relaxing to fight cons such as opening the palm and pulling your fingers. There are many nerve endings on the palms of your hands and massage here can benefit the whole body. In fact, reflexology each body part is reflected in a card hand (or foot) and massaging a particular area of the hand will affect the part corresponding body.
Cup your right hand and tap the left shoulder, arm and back of your left hand. Get back up and then do the side right.
Enter your left hand with your right hand and massage the left palm with the thumb. Starting with the little finger, massage and massage each finger of both hands.
Individually squeeze each finger and make circular pressures around the joints with the thumb. Hold your finger at the base and pull it gently to stretch it. Continue to take your fingers and off the edge.
